You can work through it at your own pace, and it covers everything you'd learn in a consultation without any pressure to buy anything or talk to anyone before you're ready.

If you'd rather jump straight to a conversation, we're here for that too. There's no wrong way to start.

It comes down to your pattern of hair loss and how much natural hair you're working with. A topper sits on top of the head and blends with your existing hair which works well when you have loss in a specific area but still have hair around the sides and back. A wig provides full coverage and doesn't rely on any existing hair to blend with. We serve clients across Canada and internationally. Virtual consultations cover everything an in-person appointment does: we'll go through your situation, your options, and what's going to work for your specific needs. Distance isn't a barrier to getting good guidance.

Our Wigs 101 course is also completely online and available to anyone, anywhere. Many clients outside Calgary start there and then move into a virtual consultation when they're ready for something more personalized.

That's a valid place to be, and you don't have to rush it. A lot of women spend time here before they take any kind of next step — reading, watching, learning — and that's completely fine. I've had clients follow along for years before they were ready to reach out.

A few things you can do right now, on your own timeline:

• Take the Wigs 101 course. It's self-paced, there's no expiration date, and it covers the consultation-level education most women wish they'd had before they bought anything. 
• Browse the shop. Getting familiar with what's available: the styles, the constructions, the price ranges will help the process before you're ready to make any decisions.
• Follow along on social. Instagram and TikTok are where a lot of the education happens in real time. It's an easy way to learn and see how other women are navigating this.

We sit down together, in person or virtually, and work through what's actually going on with your hair, what you're looking for, and what's going to work best for your lifestyle and budget. It's not a sales pitch; it's a conversation. I want to understand your situation before I recommend anything.

Yes. Virtual consultations are available for clients outside of Calgary, or for anyone who isn't ready to come in person yet. The process is the same, we'll go through everything together, and I can walk you through options on screen. You don't have to be local to get good guidance. You can book your consult here.

There is a $75 fee + GST for private consultation time. The goal of every consultation is to save you money in the long run — by making sure you're not buying the wrong piece.

Nothing at all. Most clients come in feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start. If you want to feel prepared, our Wigs 101 course is a great way to learn the basics first, but it's not a requirement.

Our consultations are scheduled for an hour.

A wig provides full coverage, it covers the entire scalp. A hair topper is a partial piece that sits on top of the head, covering thinning or loss in a specific area while blending with your existing hair. Which one is right for you depends on your pattern of loss and how much natural hair you're working with. This is exactly the kind of thing we work through in a consultation.

All of our pieces are made in China. I say that plainly because there's nothing to hide. China produces some of the highest-quality hair pieces in the world, and the manufacturers we work with are held to ethical and quality standards I've vetted carefully.

Yes, all of our pieces are made with 100% human hair. We work exclusively with high-quality human hair that's ethically sourced and carefully selected for durability and natural appearance. Human hair pieces offer superior styling versatility and a more natural look compared to synthetic alternatives.

Yes. We ship Canada-wide. Detailed shipping information, including timelines and any applicable fees, is listed at checkout.

We do serve clients outside of Canada. Please reach out before placing an order if you're located outside Canada and we can confirm the details for your location. Please allow approx. 5-15 business days for delivery to all destinations.

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click on the link to view the latest updates on your order and its estimated delivery date.

Stock pieces purchased online can be returned within 5 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, the piece must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any odors or product residue. A 10% restocking fee applies which covers professional re-inspection, washing, and re-listing before the piece can go to another client. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A few things that are always final sale — no exceptions: Pieces that have been cut, coloured, styled, or professionally fitted, and custom orders.
