Return policy

I put a lot of care into every consultation and every piece that leaves my hands. My goal is always that you feel confident in your investment — which is why I work hard to make sure we've got the right piece before anything ships. Here's what you need to know.

5-day return window

You have 5 days from confirmed delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Item condition

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Products showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.

How to return

Contact our customer service team to initiate your return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.

Refund Processing & Restocking Fee

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. Every returned piece is professionally re-inspected, washed, and prepared before it can go to another client, this is what that fee covers. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

Custom pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Any piece that has been cut, coloured, styled, or professionally fitted is final sale — no exceptions. All customized orders are final sale.

At JE Salon Wigs, every consultation starts with education, not inventory. We want you to understand your options before you spend a single dollar — because buying a wig is the easy part. Actually wearing it? That's where the real work begins.

If something doesn't feel right about your order, reach out before you do anything else. Most things can be worked through and I'd always rather have that conversation than leave a client stuck.

A Note on Colour

Every screen, monitor, and lighting environment renders colour differently. I do everything I can to represent colours accurately in product photography and listings but slight variations between what you see on screen and what arrives are possible. If colour matching is important to you, I strongly recommend booking a consultation before purchasing. Getting it right the first time is always the better investment.
