Tracking Information

JE Salon Wigs is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, JE Salon Wigs is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.

If you believe a package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with initiating a carrier investigation where possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during shipping:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photographs of the product and packaging.

  3. Retain all original packaging materials.

Failure to retain packaging may affect the ability to submit a shipping claim.
