Beyond that, fit is the foundation. The cap comes in four sizes, and if you're between sizes or unsure, bring it to your consultation. An ill-fitting wig is the most common reason women don't reach for their piece, and it's entirely avoidable.

Stock pieces purchased online are eligible for return within 5 days of confirmed delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached. For lace-front pieces, the lace must remain intact and uncut. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pieces that have been customized, cut, coloured, styled, or fitted, are final sale. This is why the virtual consultation happens before any work begins. It's the step that makes sure the piece is right for you before it's made yours.
